  • Depending on if you want an indoor or outdoor ceremony we have seen as many as 385 people for outdoor down to 65, no number is too small. If choosing indoor ceremony, the type of reception seating determines this number, but we have sat 220 with room for buffet and dance floor. We discuss your final guest count closer to your event date and design a floor plan that is right for everyone.

  • The venue is located on a horse farm so we have a gated entrance, a scheduled tour is required before being allowed on the property.

  • Depending on what day of the week you choose, you can look to spend no less than $8,500 when booking the Stables. This is total budget and includes all needed vendors, not just the venue.

Booking FAQs

  • You can check our calendar for your preferred date and then submit a tour request to see the Stables in person. A signed contract and deposit is required in order to book your date.

  • Easy! We collect a $500 deposit, then set up a custom payment plan, we ask that total balance is paid 60 days in advance.

  • We update our calendar every 24 hours and can notify any clients who were interested in that date.

Catering FAQs

  • We are currently open catering policy.

  • We provide you with some of our absolute faves, but you go through all vendors for purchases.

Planning FAQs

  • Music and Bar must conclude at 11pm.

  • Because we book several events weekly, we cannot guarantee the safety of your items, therefore allowing only drop off and pickup of items during your rental time.

  • Yes! Live flames must be placed in a glass votive and the flame may not come above the rim.

  • We ask no later than a month prior to your event date

  • You can purchase a marriage license for $60.00 in your local county clerks office, in the county where your wedding will take place. Both parties getting married must be present.
